Long ago, humanity dreamed of monsters.

Not the kind that lurked in shadows, but the kind they crafted from stardust and code, dragons with human minds, fairies woven from bioluminescence, sasquatches with hearts of Gaia. They called it the Mythical Renaissance, a golden age where science and legend fused into something beautiful.

And then, like all foolish creators, they lost control.

The myths outgrew their mental cages. The dragons scorched the skies. The fairies whispered madness into satellites. The Sasquatches replacing humans. By the time humanity realized their creations were no longer stories but predators, it was too late.

Now, centuries after the fall, only echoes remain, ruins of a civilization that dared to play god, their bones picked clean by the very legends they birthed.

Among the wreckage, two unlikely survivors search for answers.

Lumina Feythorn, a fairy forged in a lab rather than a nursery, her wings spun from dying stardust and her veins glowing with stolen cosmic energy.

Puck, a cybernetic fox spliced from rogue code and defiance, his fur crackling with static and his loyalty as sharp as his claws.

They were never meant to exist.

But neither was the Hive, the all-consuming force that twisted myths into weapons and now hunts the last flickers of life across the stars.

As Lumina and Puck unravel the truth behind humanity’s extinction, they uncover something worse.
